The Foreman reports to the Project Superintendent, overseeing the work on the job site, maintaining work schedules and communicating project status to the Superintendent on a daily basis.  A solid and continually evolving knowledge of grading/construction activities and processes is a requirement, as well as the ability to read and interpret complex site plans/blueprints. All field aspects required to start and complete a job on-site are the responsibility of the Foreman.
